I grew up outside of Austin, TX and received my B.S. in Chemistry from Texas State University. During my undergraduate degree I worked in the Irvin Research Group, where I studied electroactive polymers. In 2022 I joined the Denmark lab to explore catalytic, enantioselective alkene difunctionalization using bifunctional nucleophiles. Some of my hobbies outside of chemistry include skateboarding, playing video games, and spending time with my girlfriend and our cats.
